The Eric Ryan Corporation's
Telecommunication Auditing Division is a service division offering
auditing and consulting services, phone
bill analysis, expense reduction, hotel help desk services, and network design. The
division was founded on the
knowledge that organizations, both large and small, are under constant
pressure to continually look for cost effective telecommunication
solutions that meet their ever changing business requirements. ERC offers solutions to this dilemma by providing a vehicle to recover dollars
being spent inadvertently and applying those dollars towards a more

ERC
currently handles the telecom management for over 250 hotels nationwide.
This includes the front line service for all telecommunication applications including PBX, voice mail and call accounting maintenance, PMS
interfacing, internet services, network design, and billing review for
voice services.

Case Studies:
Removing Features - Eric Ryan Corporation found an account billing $850.00 per month for Call Detail Recording Rental and Customer Control/Reconfiguration Rental. ERC contacted the client to see if these features were being utilized. After much research it was found that a contract signed in 2005 did not have these features listed. ERC worked with the carrier to remove the features and request credits. This resulted in a monthly savings of $850.00 and the carrier issued a 24-month credit totaling $20,400.00.
