Our partnership with Telarus allows ERC to go to the market through established purchasing channels and obtain bids from proven carriers. This saves our client time and headaches, and allows them to focus on business instead of telecommunication strategies.
“ERC takes the legwork out of finding carrier representatives, requesting bids, evaluating proposals, obtaining paperwork for signature and monitoring the installation progress of new services,” Blinn said.
Diamond status not only secures the support that the carriers and Telarus are already providing us, but it gives us the power to escalate issues to the very top of these organizations.
“If we need extra engineering or project management labor for a large or complex project, they will give us those resources,” Blinn said. “Some of the engineers that Telarus has are the best carrier neutral engineers in the county.”
As a Diamond Partner, ERC will have direct access to those engineers, which will provide an immediate and ongoing benefit to our clients.
Our relationship with Telarus developed in 2010 after discovering a breakthrough online tool developed by Telarus called Geo-Quote. Geo-Quote is proprietary software that allows ERC to identify what carriers are in an area and provides a budgetary price in real time.
“Since then they have grown to almost be an extension of our business,” Blinn said. “We work together daily on all sorts of telecommunication projects including pricing, training, site surveys, installations, and introductions to new carriers and technology.”
