Eric Ryan Corporation will analyze energy service company “ESCO” proposals and offer recommendations for selecting an ESCO program that best meets clients’ energy efficiency and cost goals. ERC will also provide third party verification of utility savings resulting from implementation of ESCO projects. The verification analysis will compare normalized usage and cost before the ESCO projects to normalized usage and cost after ESCO projects were implemented.
