Sharon Sudano Telecom Support Analyst

Sharon Sudano joined the Eric Ryan Corporation in August of 2008. Ms. Sudano currently holds the position of Telecom Support Analyst. As a Telecom Support Analyst, Ms. Sudano is primarily responsible for auditing telecommunications billings, monitoring usage patterns, and interfacing with telecommunication companies. Additional responsibilities include processing bills for payment and assisting with the implementation of new audits. Prior to joining The Eric Ryan Corporation, Ms. Sudano worked as a customer service representative for a large financial institute in Western Pennsylvania. Ms. Sudano is a graduate of Warren Area High School, located in Warren, Pennsylvania. Ms. Sudano has also attended Jamestown Community College in Jamestown, Pennsylvania and Polley Associated in Erie, Pennsylvania where she gained her a real estate license.
