Sandra Bosley Telecom Support Analyst

Sandra Bosley joined The Eric Ryan Corporation in August of 2007. Ms. Bosley currently holds the position of Telecom Support Analyst. As a Telecom Support Analyst, Ms. Bosley is primarily responsible for auditing telecommunications billings, monitoring usage patterns, and interfacing with telecommunication companies. Additional responsibilities include processing bills for payment and assisting with the implementation of new audits. Prior to joining The Eric Ryan Corporation, Ms. Bosley worked over fifteen years for a banking firm in Western Pennsylvania holding positions in customer service. Ms. Bosley is a graduate of Lincoln High School, located in Ellwood City, Pennsylvania. Ms. Bosley also completed numerous American Institute of Banking courses.
