Rick Fleischer joined the Eric Ryan Corporation in August of 2008. Mr. Fleischer currently holds the position of IT Manager and Database Administrator. Mr. Fleischer is responsible for managing and creating additional functions to current database as well as writing new programs to interface software applications for reporting.

Prior to joining The Eric Ryan Corporation, Mr. Fleischer held managers position for a state charter school.

Mr. Fleischer is a graduate of Lincoln High School, located in Ellwood City, Pennsylvania. Mr. Fleischer holds a degree in Psychology from Geneva College in addition to his degree in Internet Information Systems from Robert Morris University.
