Melissa Vest joined The Eric Ryan Corporation in January of 2003. Ms. Vest currently holds the position of Network Technician. Ms. Vest's responsibilities include trouble-shooting the phone system and network problems, processing help desk related issues, and responds to on-call, telecommunications issues.  Ms. Vest is also responsible for setting up new clients and properties in Eric Ryan telecommunication databases.
