Melissa McFarland joined the Eric Ryan Corporation in March of 2008.  Ms. McFarland currently holds the position of Telecom Support Analyst.  As a Telecom Support Analyst, Ms. McFarland is primarily responsible for auditing telecommunications billings, monitoring usage patterns, and interfacing with telecommunication companies.  Additional responsibilities include processing bills for payment and assisting with the implementation of new audits.
