Kathy Rogan joined The Eric Ryan Corporation in October of 2006. Ms. Rogan currently holds the position of Telecom Support Analyst. As a Telecom Support Analyst, Ms. Rogan is primarily responsible for auditing telecommunications billings, monitoring usage patterns, and interfacing with telecommunication companies. Additional responsibilities include processing bills for payment and assisting with the implementation of new audits. Prior to joining the The Eric Ryan Corporation, Ms. Rogan worked for a nursing center in Western Pennsylvania holding an administrative position. Ms. Rogan also served time in the U.S. Army as a Combat Medic. Ms. Rogan is a graduate of Lincoln High School, located in Ellwood City, Pennsylvania, and is also a graduate of Edinboro University, holding a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Speech and Hearing Disorders. |
