Joe Kursel joined the Eric Ryan Corporation in August of 1999. Mr. Kursel currently holds the position of Help Desk Supervisor.  Mr. Kursel is responsible for trouble-shooting the phone system and network problems, processing help desk issues as needed, and providing technical support for Eric Ryan Corporation clients.  Mr. Kursel is also responsible for coordinating vendor bid processes.  Mr. Kursel has Mitel certified background experience that complements his portfolio of technical expertise.  Mr. Kursel and his team of technicians have saved clients over eight-hundred thousand dollars thru effective equipment trouble shooting analysis.

Prior to joining The Eric Ryan Corporation, Mr. Kursel held various technical positions for several manufacturing firms
