Joan Moczan joined The Eric Ryan Corporation in September of 2008. Ms. Moczan currently holds the position of Telecom Analyst. As an Telecom Analyst, Ms. Moczan is responsible for auditing new cellular accounts, and assisting with the audit implementation. Additional responsibilities include assisting with new audits and line lists as well as working on special projects. Prior to joining The Eric Ryan Corporation, Ms. Moczan was employed for over four years at a leading wireless provider as a senior customer representative.
