Barbara Gentile joined The Eric Ryan Corporation in January of 2008. Ms. Gentile currently holds the position of Technical Support Analyst. As a Telecom Analyst, Ms. Gentile is responsible for telecommunications help desk support along with database and invoicing management. Ms. Gentile also is responsible for network analysis and design. Prior to joining The Eric Ryan Corporation, Ms. Gentile worked for a large packaging and shipping company in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania holding positions as Lead Telecom Analyst and Help Desk Administrator. Ms. Gentile is a graduate of Lincoln High School, located in Ellwood City, Pennsylvania. Ms. Gentile attended Youngstown School of Technology in Youngstown, Ohio and Computer Tech, located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, gaining certificates in Data Entry and Programming. Ms. Gentile also attended Robert Morris University, majoring in Business Information Systems.
