Keith Venezie is the founder of The Eric Ryan Corporation. Mr. Venezie established the business in October 1990. Since starting the corporation, Mr. Venezie has grown the company into one of the largest in the country that specializes in utility and telecommunication auditing consulting. Together with his staff the corporation has over 500 years of experience in this industry. Mr. Venezie has built an organization that currently services over 1100 clients in all 48 contiguous states, Alaska and Hawaii, as well as internationally in markets such as Europe and Puerto Rico. His team of highly skilled professionals has identified over $700 million in opportunities since the company’s inception.
Mr. Venezie began his career with Electronic Data Systems (EDS) as a computer analyst. He also held various positions with fortune 500 companies as a computer programmer and telecommunications manager.
Mr. Venezie is a graduate of Lincoln High School, located in Ellwood City. He has also attended Edinboro State College and Pennsylvania State University.
Rebecca Hink joined The Eric Ryan Corporation in March of 1992. Ms. Hink currently holds the position of Chief Operations Officer (COO). Ms. Hink’s primary responsibilities include the day-to-day management of the telecommunications auditing and help desk departments, primarily focusing on new account management and management of existing clients. Ms. Hink, in her position as Chief Operations Officer, is responsible for identifying and implementing operation products that help improving efficiency and reducing expense. Ms. Hink’s telecommunications department has identified over $350 million dollars in savings opportunities.
Prior to joining The Eric Ryan Corporation, Ms. Hink worked in financial management for a large commercial mortgage division in Seattle, Washington.
Ms. Hink is a graduate of Northport High School, located in Northport, Washington. Ms. Hink also attended Spokane Falls Community College and Whitworth College, both located in Washington State.
Mary DeCaria joined The Eric Ryan Corporation August 2001. Ms. DeCaria currently is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the Eric Ryan Corporation. Ms. DeCaria is responsible for managing the day to day work flow of the administrative division and sales division and is assigned the task of managing all aspects of the pre and post audit process. As Chief Financial Officer, Ms. DeCaria has been instrumental in developing automated work flow programs that have increased productivity and maximized profit margins by an additional half-million dollars. Ms. DeCaria is also responsible for all financial matters with regard to corporate purchasing decisions. Prior to joining The Eric Ryan Corporation, Ms. DeCaria owned and managed a commercial cleaning service. Ms. DeCaria is a graduate of Lincoln High School, located in Ellwood City, Pennsylvania. Ms. DeCaria also attended Penn State University, studying accounting and business management
Tawnya Roman joined The Eric Ryan Corporation in January of 2004. Ms. Roman currently holds the position of President of the Utility and Energy Divisions. Ms. Roman’s primary responsibilities include the day-to-day management of the utility and energy divisions primarily focusing on new client procedures and management of existing clients. The responsibilities also include energy management, bill review, auditing approval, bill payment services, and overseeing energy procurement for Eric Ryan Corporation clients. Ms. Roman’s utility division has identified over $250 million dollars in savings opportunities. Prior to joining The Eric Ryan Corporation, Ms. Roman was employed by the two large, local banks in Ellwood City, Pennsylvania holding positions in customer service. Ms. Roman is a graduate of Shenango High School, located in New Castle, Pennsylvania. Ms. Roman obtained an Associate Degree in Foundations of Business in May 2010 and is continuing her education for a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. Ms. Roman is a student of The University of Phoenix.
Nina Burke joined The Eric Ryan Corporation in October of 1990. Ms. Burke currently sits on the Board of Directors as Corporate Treasurer and holds the position as Executive Vice President of Finance for over 17 years. Since joining the Corporation, Ms. Burke has been responsible for all financial matters pertaining the Corporation. Ms. Burke’s financial insight has been a contributing factor to the company’s success and has positioned the Corporation to show a profitable return in 17 of the company’s 19 years of existence.
Prior to joining The Eric Ryan Corporation, Ms. Burke held various accounting management positions with several commercial firms.
Ms. Burke is a graduate of Lincoln High School, located in Ellwood City, Pennsylvania. Ms. Burke attended New Castle Business College for accounting and business administration.
Eric Venezie has been with the Eric Ryan Corporation since its inception in 1990 and has held numerous position within the organization. Mr. Venezie currently sits on the Board of Directors as Vice President, is the Vice President of ERC Business Development, and is the President of Thought Process Enterprises. Mr. Venezie has made a number of contributions towards improving the companies portfolio exposure by spearheading the penetration of sales and company awareness into the United States market through the development and implementation of various business marketing services and programs.
Mr. Venezie is a 2001 graduate of Lincoln High School, located in Ellwood City, Pennsylvania, and is a recent graduate of Slippery Rock University with a degree in Communication, focusing on Multimedia and Emerging Technology, as well as a minor in Philosophy.
Ryan Venezie has been with The Eric Ryan Corporation since its inception in 1990 and has held numerous position within the organization. Mr. Venezie currently sits on the Board of Directors as Vice President, is the Vice President of Marketing and Research. Mr. Venezie is responsible for researching new market opportunities and increasing the companies profitability margin by implementing the new opportunities into the companies current operational patterns.
Mr. Venezie is a 1999 graduate of Lincoln High School, located in Ellwood City, Pennsylvania. Mr. Venezie is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.
